Haohua（Vietnam) Tire is located in the Minh Hung -Sikico lndustrial Park, Tan Khai Commune, Dong Nai Province. As a modern manufacturing base integrating the R&D and production of all-steel and semi-steel radial tires, it works as a core hub for company's layout in Southeast Asia market.
Leveraging two decades of technological expertise, centered around the principles of "intelligence, greenness and eficiencythe factory has become a model for China-Vietnam Industrial Collaboration.
The factory invested 650 milion CNY to develop an inteligent production system. With top advanced equipment from German and taly, factory established fuly automated workshops. The mixing workshop utilizes a closed inteligent mixing system, achieving gram-level control of rubber compound precision. The molding process is equipped with an Al-powered vision positioning device,ensuring tire carcass alignment fit error within 0.5mm. The vulcanizaion process utlized temperature-pressure coordinated contro technology, reducing energy consumption by 22% compared to traditional technology. Data of the entire process is monitored in real time through the MES system, maintaining a stable product defect rate below 0.3%,positioning the production efficiency among the best in Southeast Asia.
The product portfolio covers the full range of commercial and passenger vehicle applicaions. A-steel tires utilize hich-strength steelbelts and Nanocomoosite rubber comoound, increasind wear resistance by su% and enabind a sinole lre mleade exceeding 300.000 kilometers. Semi-steel tires utilize an asvmmetric tread desion and low roling resistance formula. Leveracing Vietnam's advantageous location, the company's products are distributed globally to the automotive altermarket, with annual exports accounting for 85% of its total output.
The factory deeply implements a localization development strategy, with over 80% of its 1,500 technical staff being Vietnamese,and achieving 65% local sourcing of natural rubber.
As an industry benchmark for tire manufacturing cooperation in the area, the factory has an annual production capacity of 20 milion sets of semi-steel tires and 4.8 milion sets of ful-steel tires. It plans to become Southeast Asia's largest inteligent tire production cluster, reshaping the global tire industry through technological innovation and practice the concept of green development.

How to upgrade your tire
1.Without any particular reason, please do not change the overaIl diameter of tire easily. The alteration of tire overall diameter will cause misreading of speedometer or mutual interference between tire and other parts of vehicle.
2. PIease determine the width of tire in accordance with the specific width of vehicle. If the width of the entire tire is increased overIy, it wiII cause mutual interference between tire and other parts of vehicle, even heading out of the tire from bodywork which will initiate danger.
3. Notice the Ioad index of vehicle when you upgrade the tire. There is rule to the weight which the tire can bear (Ioad index) for each size.
